To submit your nominations, please complete the
nomination form (PDF
Format) and email
it before 14th August 2008 to Mercados EMI, at
ade@mercadosemi.es (Anish
De) or vgaba@mercadosemi.es
(Vikas Gaba). Any additional documents may also be attached along with the
forms. Alternatively, hard copies may be sent to:

Organizations / individuals may nominate themselves subject to the
submission of completed nomination forms by the indicated date.
Additional information should comprise of facts and figures that
prove the nominee’s candidature for a particular award category. This can
include past performance, new initiatives, noteworthy contributions etc.
This information should be substantiated, to the extent possible, by copies
of reliable sources such as Annual Accounts, Annual Reports, Public
Documents, Websites, Research Papers and Presentations made at recognized
fora.
